We're looking for a passionate, energetic, and organized Golf Programs & Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves golf and enjoys planning events, building leagues, creating marketing content, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Experience Required

• Passion for golf and the golf industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Preferred

• Experience managing golf leagues
• Tournament or event management experience
• Social media and digital marketing experience
• Experience with Golf Genius
• PGA/LPGA Professional or PGA Associate status
• Golf instruction experience

Essential Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage golf leagues from registration through weekly play
• Coordinate tournaments, clinics, camps, and special events
• Assist with planning and growing golf programs
• Create engaging social media content and marketing campaigns
• Communicate with golfers before, during, and after events
• Deliver outstanding customer service to golfers and visitors
• Assist with daily golf operations and facility organization
• Develop new ideas that enhance the golfer experience and grow participation
• Oversee and participate in Junior Golf Programs
