Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Events: Efficiently staff events for assigned managed accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. Support Desk Inquiries: Provide prompt and accurate responses to support desk inquiries, maintaining high levels of customer service. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and freelancers through exceptional customer service and proactive communication. Knowledge Base Management: Update and maintain the knowledge base with relevant Q&As and instructional videos to help clients and freelancers. Platform Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Cadre platform to assist clients and freelancers effectively. Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are comfortable and confident using the Cadre platform. Client Assistance: Assist non-managed clients with any questions or issues related to the Cadre platform. Reporting: Provide ancillary reports, invoices, and other requested client deliverables in a timely manner. Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to the DCS to help continuously improve the Cadre platform and processes.
Qualifications:
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to various technology platforms.
Strong customer focus with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues.
Knowledge of the Meetings & Events industry is a plus, but not required.
