• 7+ years’ experience in corporate meetings and events
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience
• Registration and housing experience
• International planning
• Hotel sourcing
• Contract negotiations
• Expo management
• Food and Beverage experience
• Budget management
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and event specific software
• Third-party experience preferred
• CMP preferred
• Travel required up to 25%, some international
• Remote position, excluding meetings and onsite events
• Some nights and weekends are required
