Forest Glen Golf & Country Club is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Events Coordinator to plan and execute exceptional member events. This position plays a vital role in delivering seamless experiences that reflect the Club's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with members to develop event concepts, timelines, and layouts
Coordinate with the Executive Chef and vendors on menus and event logistics
Manage event budgets and timelines
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
Ensure adherence to Club policies and service standards
Lead event staff to deliver outstanding service
Qualifications:
Experience in event planning or hospitality coordination is preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and member-service abilities
Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
