Total Rental Solutions (TRS) is seeking a remote Sales Representative to manage and sell audiovisual and technology rentals for meetings, conferences, trade shows, and corporate events nationwide. This role is ideal for current or former Meeting Planners, Event Managers, or Tradeshow Professionals who are interested in transitioning into a high-income sales career while leveraging their event experience. TRS has been in business for over 30 years and provides nationwide AV and technology rental support.
At Total Rental Solutions, our Sales Representatives earn a combination of base pay + uncapped commission. The structure is designed so that motivated reps with strong client relationships can earn $70,000–$100,000+ annually, with no earnings ceiling.

BASE SALARY
Sales representatives receive a fixed base salary (varies by experience). This ensures stable income while building a pipeline.
COMMISSION (UNCAPPED)
Commission is earned on every completed order and is not capped. You can earn on:
AV rentals Computer & office equipment rentals Multi-day events Repeat clients Multi-show contracts New accounts you bring in Annual renewals
The more events you manage and the more clients you build, the higher your total commissions.
HOW COMMISSION WORKS
Reps typically earn a percentage of the gross profit or rental revenue from each event. Larger shows, multi-room meetings, and repeat corporate clients can generate substantial commission.
You are compensated for: New business you generate Repeat clients you maintain Upsells, expansions, and multi-day rentals Exclusive territories (no internal competition)
TYPICAL EARNINGS RANGE
New reps: $60K–$80K once ramped Established reps: $80K–$120K+ Top performers with strong planner networks: $150K+ potential
Because this is recurring revenue (many clients do multiple events each year), income grows as you retain and renew accounts.

Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable with client outreach, follow-up, and account management in a remote environment. CRM proficiency, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong attention to detail are essential.
