Audens Golf Performance is redefining how athletes train for golf. We integrate Strength & Conditioning, Physical Therapy, Golf Coaching, and High-Performance strategy under one roof, providing elite, data-driven training experiences for golfers of all levels.

Based in Jacksonville, one of the most vibrant golf communities in the country, we work closely with local players, coaches, and facilities across Ponte Vedra, Jax Beach, St. Johns, Nocatee, and the broader First Coast. Our team operates at the intersection of sport science, performance, and hospitality. We are aiming to create events and programs that inspire, educate, and elevate the local golf community.
Position Overview

We're seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator with a strong sales orientation and ideally a background in golf, high-performance, or athletic culture. This contract role will focus on executing two webinars and one in-person event in Jacksonville over a 3-4 month term, with potential for continued work based on results.

You'll collaborate with the Audens team to recruit local partnerships, drive community outreach, connect with First Coast golf professionals and facilities, and deliver high-level virtual and in-person events. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who's part strategist, part closer, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote events, webinars, and programs.
• Secure local and regional partnerships and sponsorships with golf facilities, performance centers, and related brands.
• Manage lead lists, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups to drive registrations and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing collateral, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Track metrics and report on marketing ROI and sales outcomes.

Event Coordination

• Plan and execute logistics for virtual (webinar) and in-person events.
• Manage vendor and venue coordination, event setup, and day-of execution.
• Support guest communication, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams (HP Coaches, PTs, S&C Coaches) to align event content and experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and/or event coordination (preferably in fitness, sports, golf, or performance industries).
• Proven ability to sell - partnerships, sponsorships, programs, or event seats.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, social platforms, and project management systems.
• Creative eye for collateral and campaign design is preferred but not required.
• Existing connections to the Jacksonville golf community - local courses, coaches, clubs, associations, or events - are a strong plus.
• Must be based in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Compensation

• $30/hour (20 hours/week)
