Professional State Association with a membership of 2,700 members is searching for that rising star to assist with all aspects of association meetings. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in logistics management, meeting planning or special events. Candidates coming from the supplier side in logistics, convention services, or sales will also be considered. Experience in social media and digital technology a plus. Must have great technology skills, have strong communication skills and be detail oriented.
The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of legal education meetings for the association which range from 15 to 2,300 attendees. This includes administrative support, working with volunteers and on site logistics.
