Incentive & Meeting Program Manager
Description: Primary client liaison and team leader for assigned travel programs. Leads the overall coordination and execution of an entire travel program from an operational perspective. Responsible for coordination of all program planning from pre-sale stage to final billing, while delivering exceptional customer service on all travel programs. Primary responsibility for client delight and budget management. Works closely with client contact to understand and meet program objectives.
Scope: Manages 5-7 programs with between 50-1,000 participants on an annual basis.
Experience: 3+ years of operational experience with a meeting, incentive, or in-house planning organization. Will consdier a third party planner or supplier to the industry. BA or BS with demonstrated leadership skills is preferred. Working knowledge of MS-Office and familiarity with online registration and other SAAS planning applications.
Reporting and Working Relationships: Reports to President. Manages external relationships with clients, DMCs, hoteliers and third party companies/suppliers. Regular interaction with internal departments including Sales, Communications, Client Services, Project Coordinators and Transportation Management.
